Pattern Tea Towel
The Wooden Bear Patternlets are small, quick appliques to use on a variety of things. The instructions included in this pattern show you how to use the applique pieces to embellish a tea towel, but the watermelon would be great on a tablecloth, pillow, a craft apron, or a simple little wallhanging.
Materials needed for tea towel
1 tea towel
Scraps of fabric for watermelon
Two 3/8" clay eye buttons for ant eyes
Three 3/4" black buttons for ant body
Two 2/16" black buttons for antennae
Matching threads for stitching applique pieces
Heat n' Bond Lite or other fusible web material
Applique pressing sheet (this is optional but extremely helpful)
